Alex Quiroga (May 14, 1919 - January 5, 1980) was a Mexican-born  manager of technical operations at NBC and an expert on color broadcasting, pioneering its use on "Bonanza." He was also an early lover of Don Bachardy's occasionnally socializing with him and Christopher Isherwood.
