Hale was a member of the
Heterodoxy Club.
The Hale Apartments were located at 850 Commerce Street, west of Miami (Washington) Avenue and a little east of Jefferson Avenue. The apartments were managed by Mabel Hale, who split her time between Miami Beach and Brooklyn, New York and who, in 1946, sold them to Abraham Wiener. This apartment building is one of the few 1920 buildings still standing in Miami Beach.
