Mary Lucy Pilcher (July 6, 1883 – May 29, 1964) was the grandmother of gay activist George Clinton "Clint" or "Milo" Pyne. She was a follower of women’s rights advocate Margaret Sanger.

Mary Lucy Pilcher was born in Petersburg, VA, the daughter of John Mason Pilcher (1841–1924) and Mary Lucy Duval (1845–1904). In 1908 she married George Clinton Pyne (1883–1962). They had three children: Mary Lucy Pyne, b July 10, 1912, George Clinton Pyne II, b November 28, 1914, and James Minnitree Pyne, b. April 28, 1917.

Mary Lucy Pilcher Pyne died in Durham, NC.
