Patrick O'Higgins (1922 - June 21, 1980) was a magazine writer and longtime confidant of cosmetics executive Helena Rubinstein. He was also a friend of Cecil Beaton.

He was of French and Irish origins and during World War II served with the Irish Guards.

O'Higgins, who met Rubinstein at a cocktail party in 1950, served as her personal secretary, public relations aide, bodyguard, and social director until her death at the age of 93 in 1965. He described their relationship in the book, "Madame, an Intimate Biography of Helena Rubinstein."

O'Higgins died on June 21, 1980, at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, L.I.
