Ray Kluka (October 23, 1952 – June 10, 1989) was a tireless champion of gay rights in Atlanta.

In 1979, he served as male co-chair of the Southeast region committee for the first national March on Washington. Over the next several years, he held leadership positions with the Atlanta Gay Center, First Tuesday Association, and Midtown Neighborhood Association and served as an editor for Etcetera. In 1987, Kluka received a Martha Gaines Award from the lesbian and gay chapter of the ACLU in recognition of his contributions. "Ray's gentle presence and great spirit," wrote Maria Helena Dolan in the July 1989 issue of Etcetera, "will be missed by everyone, including his family, old comrades, friends, lovers, exs and the staff here at Etcetera."

Atlanta, GA has a park that is dedicated to Ray and his work, the Ray Kluka Memorial Park, located at Greenwood Ave and Monroe Dr. NE , Atlanta, GA 30308.
