Partner Bernard Perlin
Wilbur T. Pippin (May 25, 1924 - April 30, 2003) was a press photographer and author, with Marian Winters, of Catwise: Quotations by famous writers and thinkers accompany photographs of cats that display their diverse personalities and activities.
Pippin was the Press Representative of Protective Custody, which opened on December 28, 1956, on Broadway.
Pippin was in a relationship with Bernard Perlin. He introduced Paul Thek and Peter Harvey to the renowned mid-century photographer George Platt Lynes.
Pippin died in East Haddam, Middlesex County, Connecticut, at age 78 years old on April 30, 2003.
