Lloyd Alexander Pantages (April 6, 1907 – September 14, 1987) was a Greek socialite and an actor, known for Dante's Inferno (1935). Lloyd Pantages was in relationships with Audrey Henderson (1937), Billie Dove (1931), Patsy Ruth Miller (1926 - 1927) and Peggy Fears. He was a friend of Robin May Thomas, who left him a ruby ring in his will.
Lloyd Pantages was born on April 6, 1907 in Washington, the son of Alexander Pantages (1867–1936), a Seattle theatre manager, and Lois Mendenhall (1884–1941).
In 1937 he brought to radio the same colorful and timely type of news items from the screen-world that popularized his widely-syndicated newspaper column for four years; Pantages was heard in a new series "Lloyd Pantages Covers Hollywood" each Sunday over WCCO at 12:45 p.m.
In 1940s, his main point of contact was actor Churchill Ross.
Later he was known for his many years working with paralyzed veterans and the blind, along with being a Board member for the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation.
He died on September 14, 1987 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
